Down Payment Policy

1. Automatic Application of Down Payment

• For certain product categories, including but not limited to lawn mowers, generators, snow blowers, and garden tools, a down payment structure is automatically applied at checkout.
• The down payment option is pre-set by default for these products and does not require a separate selection by the customer.
• By proceeding with checkout and completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this payment structure.

2. Payment Structure

• A specified percentage of the product price (e.g., 50%) is due at checkout.
• Any items marked as “Full Price Due Today” must be paid in full at checkout.
• The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout on the scheduled final payment date.
• By placing the order, the customer authorizes us to charge the remaining balance using the same payment method.

3. Shipment & Inventory Reservation

• Products subject to a Down Payment will not be shipped until full payment has been received.
• The initial payment reserves the selected inventory for the customer.
• Title and ownership of the product remain with the seller until full payment is completed.

4. Failed Final Payment

• If the remaining balance cannot be successfully processed:
• The customer will be notified and required to update payment information within 3 business days.
• Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
• The initial payment may be retained to cover administrative, processing, and inventory holding costs.

5. U.S. & International Shipping

• Shipping is free within the United States unless otherwise stated.
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and related fees.
• We are not responsible for customs delays.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on our website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted this Down Payment Policy.
